Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using FuSaCert. Continued use means you accept them.
Last updated: 2026-10-08
1. The service
FuSaCert provides study courses, practice questions, mock exams and supporting analysis tools for ISO 26262 road-vehicle functional safety.
It is a learning and self-assessment platform. It does not provide certification, auditing or assessment services, and it issues no compliance evidence of any kind.
2. Your account
Registration requires a valid email address, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old, or meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
3. Subscription, billing and refunds
Free quotas reset by UTC calendar month. Standard and Pro limits reset with each 30-day plan period, which starts when access takes effect; a same-plan renewal begins its quota period at the current expiry. Paid plans are one-time 30-day purchases with no auto-renewal; access returns to Free when the current period ends.
Request refunds through support@fusacert.com with your account, order ID, payment date and reason. Platform refund requests require administrator review and email communication, with the request, decision and refund receipt retained. A request is not automatically approved.
For payment or refund questions, contact support@fusacert.com with your platform order ID. Domestic order/payment records are not mainland China VAT invoices; business buyers should contact us before paying if they need an invoice. For Creem payments, Creem handles invoices and refunds through its checkout process.
When you upgrade, the unused time left on your current plan is credited pro rata by remaining duration, rounded down to the cent. You then pay only the difference between the list price of the new plan and that credit, and the new 30-day period starts when payment succeeds. This credit only sets the upgrade price and is not a refund. Renewing the same plan is charged at list price and extends from your current expiry by 30 days. Downgrading to a lower plan is not available during a paid period. If more than 30 days remain or the difference is under 1.00, the change goes to manual review; contact support@fusacert.com. A payment that does not match its quote is also sent to manual review and is not granted automatically.
For orders purchased after this policy takes effect, a first paid purchase may be reviewed for a full refund if requested within 7 days and paid services have not been substantially used. Substantial use includes completing a formal exam, calling paid AI services, using paid simulations or exporting paid materials. Refunds for personal reasons, dissatisfaction with exam results, substantial use or expired access are normally declined.
Duplicate charges, undelivered paid access, verified unfixable platform faults preventing use of the main paid services, and refunds required by law are reviewed separately and are not automatically restricted by the above 7-day or usage conditions. Contact us promptly with evidence.
The platform does not offer prorated or partial refunds; requests are for a full order refund. Approved refunds normally return through the original payment channel; arrival depends on the payment provider. Confirmed refunds revoke that order’s paid access while retaining other valid purchases and learning records.
We normally reply within 2 business days of receiving complete materials. Review, additional evidence and payment processing may take longer. This policy does not limit rights under applicable law; Creem buyer terms and lawful provider refund and dispute procedures continue to apply. Historical orders follow their purchase-time terms and applicable rules; stricter conditions are not applied retroactively.
4. Intellectual property
Original content on this site (questions, explanations, courseware, templates and tools) is owned by FuSaCert and protected by copyright.
The ISO 26262 standard texts are copyrighted by ISO and its member bodies. Quotations, extracts and interpretations here are for study only: they do not replace the standard and grant no right of redistribution.
Except as expressly permitted by FuSaCert or applicable law, you may not use crawlers, AI agents, automated browsers or other means to bulk-extract, systematically copy, store, mirror or republish site content; use it to build external content collections, knowledge bases or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) services; use it for model training or fine-tuning; or use it to build or populate competing products, question banks, courses, template libraries or other substitute services.
These restrictions expressly permit search engines and AI search, retrieval and answer services to crawl, index and cache public site pages as necessary to discover, index, display and recommend them, and to provide reasonable summaries and quotations with source links. This permission covers both traditional search indexing and discovery and citation in generative search and answers. It does not permit bulk republication or content copies that substitute for the site, or grant access to restricted content.
Temporary caching necessary for normal browsing, and downloads, exports and content uses expressly offered or permitted by FuSaCert, are not restricted by the above provisions. The restrictions concern copying and reusing site content; they do not prohibit learning general knowledge or developing products from independent sources. Uses permitted by applicable law remain available.
The platform operator and its expressly authorised personnel, service providers and tools, including AI tools and automated browsers, may perform development, debugging, testing, maintenance, security audits and content processing needed for the platform’s own features within the scope of their authorisation. These permissions apply only to content we have the right to license and do not expand licences granted by third-party rights holders.
5. Not an official certification body
FuSaCert has no affiliation with, authorisation from, or endorsement by ISO, IEC, or any certification body such as TÜV, SGS, DEKRA or exida.
Nothing here is certification advice, and it does not substitute for the official standard or for formal training by a certification body. Exam outcomes are decided solely by the relevant body; we make no promise about any result.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Study content is provided 'as is'. Before applying anything here to a real project, exercise your own judgement against the project context, applicable law and the standard itself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or other indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes in-app or by email.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of establishment. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
